Eligibility for Refund

Our refund policy applies exclusively to the sale of used vehicles listed on our platform. Refunds are issued only under specific conditions outlined below. By purchasing through our platform, you agree to these terms.

Conditions for Full Refund

A full refund (100% of the payment) will be granted under the following circumstances, confirmed at the time of delivery:

  • The vehicle delivered is not the one listed and confirmed at purchase.

  • There are damages that were not listed or disclosed before delivery.

  • Important technical details or defects were intentionally omitted from the listing.

Conditions for Partial Refund

If the vehicle matches the listing and is delivered in the condition described, but the buyer refuses to complete the purchase due to personal preference or change of mind, only 97% of the total vehicle price will be refunded.

The remaining 3% is retained to cover administrative, transport, and logistics costs already incurred.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds will not be provided after the buyer has accepted delivery and confirmed receipt of the vehicle.

  • No refund will be issued for minor cosmetic wear or age-related conditions clearly visible in photos or expected in used vehicles.

  • Refunds are not available for optional services (e.g., registration, document assistance, extra delivery arrangements) once they are fulfilled.

Refund Process

To request a refund, you must notify our support team immediately upon delivery if there is an issue. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after verification. We may request evidence, including photographs or written reports.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
